Post 6: English Language Challenges

I entered English III last semester, but I honestly don't remember anything I learned, unfortunately. However, this semester in English IV I've learned, because the teacher has taught us very practical things, she has taught us things that could help us because they are for occasions that could really happen

The truth is that blogging hasn't liked or served me as much, and I think it is because the teachers do not review them, so I do not know if I have done them well or bad.

One thing that still costs me a lot is to understand when English speakers speak in movies, I understand the USB titles in English, although not everything, but if the movie were in English and didn't have any type of subtitle I think I couldn't understand much. I guess to improve this I have to keep practicing and watch movies without subtitles even if it is hard to me. Another thing that I would like to improve is the vocabulary, I would like to know many more words, and for this it only occurs to me to continue doing what I have been doing these last years, which is that each word that I do not know, look for it and try to memorize it.

I don't use English much outside of class. I use it when we are watching a movie and someone asks me how to say a word or phrase, sometimes I use it in video games too, because some are not in Spanish, and what I use it the most is to watch videos on youtue, because sometimes the English videos are better than the Spanish-speaking ones

  WHICH COUNTRY WOULD YOU LIKE TO GO? I would like to go to South Korea, because I like their clothes, customs, attractions, temples, neighborhoods, foods. etc. It have been this way since a few years ago, whren I started to watch Korean series. I began to observe them and became interested in many things about them. Level 3, Pre-Intermediate, Post 1, 'My Auto Biography' Hi! My name is Damaris Arevalo, I was born in Santiago, Chile in 2000. My personal opinion about different topics    1) What is your opinion about women in the military? I think it's fine, as long as they don't send them to war. women are powerful and strong, but not in the sense that a war requires it. In a man against woman melee battle, the man will always win, in addition, the potential of the woman I do not think is there. I've read a bit, and women are delicate, regardless of their personalities. A navy seal sergeant said he had a partner who had serious infection problems.
